Pricing

Pricing varies based on the topic, preparation and staff requirements. But typical training agreements are priced as follows:

Webinar training. A 2-hour training session delivered online starts at $3,000. Up to 100 attendees from your organization. Note: Typically, we restrict online training to 2 hours. Retention is poor beyond that point. We can, however, deliver multiple sessions.

Pre-recorded training. A 1-hour, pre-recorded session including screencast and audio, hosted using Vimeo and secured for your private use. Cost starts at $3,000.

Onsite, half-day seminar. An onsite, half-day seminar starts at $5,000 plus travel and expenses. Unlimited attendance by your organization.

Onsite, all-day training. All-day training at your facility or another location starts at $10,000 plus travel and expenses. Unlimited attendance by your organization.

What’s included

Portent records all webinars for your re-use. You may record onsite training, or ask Portent to do so.

We also provide a training e-book. This is not just a bunch of slides. It’s a well-written guide to the topic presented. The e-book lets your team revisit the subjects discussed again and again.

Finally, Portent offers 2 hours of follow-up support via email and phone to answer any questions. In a typical engagement, 2 hours allows responses to 20-30 emails, or 2-4 phone conferences.
