Social Media Essentials Program Terms & Conditions
- We need administrative access and permissions to each social account you own. No exceptions. This way, we can craft recommendations based on analytics and statistics we see in each social network. If you have Google Analytics setup for your website, we’d also like to have access to that.
- If you don’t have your social accounts set up yet, we can create for $99 each. This price does not include the creation of images.
- Email support only after the initial consult. If you’d like phone support, the hourly rate is $200.
- You can cancel at any time, but there are no refunds for a mid-month cancellation. You must terminate 5 days before you next billing cycle through your PayPal account or notify Portent by email. We’ll be happy to work with you through the remainder of your last month.
- Custom social media updates cannot exceed 15 per month. All 15 updates must be for Facebook, Google+ or Twitter.
