Axl Rose publicly apologized for the vocal flaws he exhibited during the show that Guns N ‘Roses did this morning at Rock in Rio. The singer took to Twitter shortly after the band left the stage to speak out.
“I want to apologize for being a little unwell, luckily it’s not Covid,” he wrote, before joking that he tried to keep coughs restricted to the unsung parts of the songs.
Rose then thanked the band’s fans and also Rock in Rio for everything. “What a f# audience”. She concluded.
I want to apologize for being a bit under the weather, thankful not Covid. I tried to keep my cough between lines.
Love you.
Thank you to the fans and Rock in Rio for everything and what a fucking great crowd.
