The Emotion factor that you have included here made me realise I am a complete sucker for those photo’s my friends share on Facebook; I always read the stories and share them because the photograph is always something that catches my eye and makes me compelled to find out what happened. STEPPS seems the way to go…

The STEPPS model has seems to be very valuable. I’ve never been introduced to something like this. Sure, making right use of this model will help marketers much!

I’m amazed at the way emotions can bring in the change. Positive or negative, when emotions reach that height, it’ll sure have an effect. For marketers, to make use of a product to evoke the emotions will be great. The customers will unselfishly do good by promoting it via word of mouth. It is an interesting prospect after all!

16 interactions? Now that is pretty neat. I had 5 or 10 this morning alone, talking about restaurants and tourist guide centers here in Koh Lanta. ID those triggers and more than anything, emit a positive brand image wherever you show up. I engage, share and try to pay it forward wherever I am because I want to be spoken of in a positive light.
