‘Carry On’: Jason Bateman Joins Taron Egerton in Upcoming Thriller From ‘Orphan’ and ‘Black Adam’ Director

According to Deadline, Jason Bateman (‘Ozark’) Has Been Cast in Action Thriller ‘Carry On‘, directed by Jaume Collet-Serra (‘The Orphan’) for the Netflix.
For now, there are no details about the character of the star, who joins Taron Egerton (‘Rocketman’).
The plot follows Ethan Kopek, a young TSA agent who is blackmailed by a mysterious traveler into letting a dangerous package pass through security and onto a flight on Christmas Day.
The script is in charge of TJ Fixman (‘Ratchet and Clank’) and Michael Green (‘Blade Runner 2049’), who returns to work with Collet-Serra after the duo’s collaboration in ‘Jungle Cruise‘, adventure movie with Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt.
For now, there are no other names in the cast of ‘carry on‘ and no premiere date.
