You don’t mess with classics. Have you heard this premise? Well, after the success of Halloween (2018) we can modify it a bit. Don’t move unless it’s David Gordon Green. Blumhouse bought the rights to one of the most celebrated horror franchises and intends to do with it the same as it did with Halloween, that is, revitalize it for the new times, but seeking so much quality that it receives equally praise from the specialized critics. And for that, there’s nothing fairer than calling the same guy to command that put the Michael Myers franchise, apparently, on its axis. Also joining Blumhouse’s “team”, this is the studio’s first partnership with one of the most inventive and celebrated filmmakers of recent years, the cult Darren Aronofksy. After having blown the minds of many with the abstract Mother! (2017), and disgusted by so many others, the director returns to, alongside the house of macabre ideas, give his vision for a Ghost Ship film. What will we see from there? We know that Aronofsky’s usual collaborator will be the protagonist, Jared Leto (Requiem for a Dream). The film is in the pre-production stage.

The new spawn it’s on the list because it’s promised to be a highly rated movie with lots of horror elements. The film has been announced under the names of Jamie Foxx as the protagonist, and Jeremy Renner linked.

Christine – The Killer Car

This other adaptation of a book by Stephen King, this most famous and trendy.
