According to Deadline, Jennifer Lopez (‘The Mother-in-law’) will star ‘Atlas‘, a new action movie being developed by Netflix.

Simu Liu (‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’) will also star in the production, but unlike the Marvelhe will bring the villain of the story to life.

Sterling K. Brown and Abraham Popoola complete the list.

In the plot…

Atlas is a woman who is fighting for humanity in a future where an artificially intelligent soldier has determined that the only way to end the war is to destroy humanity. To beat him, Atlas will have to work with the thing she fears the most: another artificial intelligence.
