‘Kamen Rider Black Sun’, Reboot of Classic Series, Premieres on Amazon Prime Video
At last, after 18 months of its official announcement, the reboot of the classic tokusatsu series ‘Kamen Rider Black‘ (1987), ‘Kamen Rider Black Sun‘ premiered this Friday (28) on the Amazon Prime Video streaming service.
All 10 episodes, lasting approximately 40 minutes each, are available with original Japanese audio and English subtitles.
The subtitles in Portuguese meet the name of Kotaro Minamialter ego of black sunas Issamu Minami, as well as in the Brazilian dubs of ‘Kamen Rider Black‘ It is ‘Kamen Rider Black RX‘.
It is worth noting thatKamen Rider Black Sun‘ has direction of Kazuya Shiraishi (‘The Blood of Wolves’), screenplay by Izumi Takahashi (‘Tokyo Revengers’), creation of visual concepts by Shinji Higuchi (Evangelion, Shin Ultraman) and special effects direction of Kiyotaka Taguchi (Ultraman Orb, Ultraman Trigger: New Generation Tiga).
Hidetoshi Nishijima (51), protagonist of the film ‘drive my car‘ (winner of the Oscar 2022 in the category of Best International Film) plays the protagonist Kotaro Minami, alter ego of ‘Kamen Rider Black Sun‘.

Hidetoshi Nishijimaan actor who became known for his work in the Oscar-nominated Japanese film, ‘drive my car‘, will be Kotaro Minami, exactly the black sun – Nishijima will even be in the movie ‘shin ultraman‘. Already Tomoya Nakamura will be Nobuhiko Akizuki, the alter ego of shadow moon.
