The death of Jô Soares is also a time to celebrate his very rich career, especially in television. In his former talk shows “Jô Onze e Meia”, on SBT, and “Programa do Jô”, on TV Globo, the comedian and presenter received some of the biggest names in national and international music.
One of the great stars of Latin music, Shakira was interviewed in 1998. In “Jô Onze e Meia” she danced samba with the comedian and also showed her knowledge of the Portuguese language at the time, in a fun chat.
