Avril Lavigne was the attraction that closed the Sunset Stage, this Friday (9), at Rock in Rio. And the blonde did it with gold key, keeping a pretty lively pace throughout her performance.

With a total of 11 songs, the show’s setlist began with the hit “Girlfriend” which had the audience in the City of Rock singing along. And the hits “Complicated” and “My Happy Ending” kept the audience excited, in a very nostalgic mood.

Before the final part, another one of Avril’s timeless hits: “Sk8er Boi” raised the audience present on the Sunset Stage. The third act of the Canadian’s performance was the one that brought the ballads and songs with more introspective lyrics, with “Avalanche” being the fan favorite and present in the Canadian’s latest album, “Love Sux”.
